Go to the Postcodes page, enter a full UK postcode, and create a report. The system fetches official Police UK data, builds the charts and map data, generates the written summary, and then makes the report available as a PDF. Standard postcode reports cost 1 credit.

Credits are used to generate reports. A standard postcode report costs 1 credit, a postcode comparison report costs 2 credits, and district reports cost more depending on the time period selected (10, 20, or 40 credits for 3, 6, or 12 months respectively). You can purchase credit packs from the billing page, and unused credits do not expire.

A postcode comparison report compares crime data between two UK postcodes in one report. It is useful when you want to assess two areas side by side, including trends, category differences, and summary commentary. Comparison reports currently cost 2 credits.

All crime data is sourced from the official Police UK API (data.police.uk), which provides street-level crime data for England and Wales. Data is typically available with a 2-month delay from the date of the crime.

Credits that have been used to generate reports are non-refundable. If a report fails to generate due to a system error, your credits may be refunded automatically or after review by support. For other refund queries, please contact support.

You can delete your account from the billing page. Scroll to the "Danger Zone" section and click "Delete Account". This will permanently delete all your data, cancel any active subscriptions, and remove your reports. This action cannot be undone.

A district report analyses crime data across an entire postcode district (for example, SW1 or E1) rather than a single postcode. It provides a comprehensive overview with heatmaps, category breakdowns, and AI-powered insights covering multiple postcodes within the district.

Yes. Sign in, click your profile icon in the top-right corner, and select Branding. From there you can add your logo, business name, tagline, and contact details. Every report you generate will include your branding on the cover page. Branding is free for all accounts.

You can remove saved postcode, comparison, or district reports from their respective report lists inside the app. Deleting a report removes it from your account view and deletes the stored report data associated with that run.
